Dr. Bailey was amazing. He treated me so kindly and gently. I was very afraid to get my wisdom tooth removed and Dr. Bailey and the staff were so very nice and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone needing an oral procedure.

Dr. Bailey and his office manager are awful! When patient had first appointment with Dr. Bailey, he looked over her chart speaking loudly and rudely in the hall BEFORE even meeting with the patient. He then told patient he was not comfortable doing their extraction and recommended where patient should go. When office was contacted by patient for this written statement, the office manager repeatedly hung up on patient and threatened legal action. Dr. Bailey would not give a written statement of patient's need to see a more qualified specialist - despite specialist and insurance request.

Same thing here. He wouldn't take out my tooth. He sent me to the ER, where they just sent me to another Oral Surgeon. Both Doctors were appalled at his lack of expertise and professionalism. He's kind of jerky too.

My son was referred to Dr. Bailey from our regular dentist to have all 4 Wisdom Teeth extracted.
After arriving and filling out all the paperwork, the office manager advised me IN THE WAITING AREA that Dr.Bailey will not treat patients with Aspergers, which my son has. Apparently, they have a concern with the anesthesia risk. I didn't know whether to laugh or report them for HIPPA violations.
I called my dentist back and recieved another referral. Thank heaven's this other oral surgeon will kindly accept Asperger's patients :)
I don't have any clue how Dr. Baily's office treats "normal" patients, but I am NOT impressed with the way they treated a "not-so-normal" child. Quite frankly, I consider it discrimination.

Don't understand the above comments. Went to the office had 4 teeth removed Wonderful!! The office manager helped me out with a payment plan as well as being nice. Dr Bailey and his staff were compassionate! Perhaps this office should investigate who is posting such negative junk... he might be amazed

I had to have a tooth extracted by Dr. Bailey and I can't say enough good things about him and his staff. He was personable, funny and very supportive. His staff was friendly and helpful
