There is enough negligence to go around for everyone concerned regarding the intersection at East Philadelphia Ave. and Madison St. in the Borough of Boyertown; however, the dangerous situation need be corrected before someone is seriously hurt there given the present condition of the storm sewer ditch. Blame can be accessed later; however, the work needs to be done NOW!
It certainly doesn't say much for PA ROAD INSPECTIONS either as they charged a fee to the Borough of Boyertown for their inspector for the work done. The danger it presents will be worsened with ice and snow just around the corner.
The work needs to be completed while weather conditions still permit, and the billing can be litigated in the months to come. GET THE JOB DONE BECAUSE IT IS A DANGER!!!!! Where is Boyertown Borough Government?
