I myself could go to your house or your neighbors and find many infractions which you will find annoying, But I don't come with a dozen M-16s, 4 or 5 regional planning and building & safety inspectors, animal control, DEA, and a mystery man.

Anything can be violated and you have to prove otherwise. When a person goes to correct the problem the personal in the system show indifferance and callous behaviour, including not appplying the cod uniformily. Call valencia about a greenhouse you will be told no permit is needed. Call lancaster and you will be told you need eng. spec., permit, plot plan, cert. of compliance, and a cert. of occupancy.

I would not beleive it if I had not seen it. He now told me he was informed that he will be taxed for his horses (see link below)

B*tching about it can't fix it! You need hard evidence like video to get these people fired from their jobs. It sounds like they over step their authority but it doesn't matter if your don't have proof! Set up hidden cameras and prove your case! Video tape and use micro recorders! Set them up like they set you up.

Weapons of WAR: You need to set a video camera on a tripod in area that can get full view towards the entrance of your property. Hidden is better than plain view if you're trying to protect your rights. You also need a hidden wireless microphone or micro recorder as evidence. If you can record their activities when they cross the line hold it until after they file their report. Cops have a tendency to rewrite history and put certain information in the report ( Sometimes very creative) and other information excluded. Why wait? That's when you go get your attorney with your video evidence. Nothing can beat audio and video evidence if an officer is doing creative writing. If this is true and they are coming onto your property with guns drawn without provocation, you have a case but you need recorded evidence so they can lose their jobs and you can sue the city. Play smart and stealth if you want to win!

Too bad code enforcement can't stop gangs or the murder rate! L.A. county official go after citizen that don't shoot back. Try to hide your problems and tell the Keystone cops to focus on illegals/gang members, and the murder rate. What a bunch of JACKASSES!

They hit me on 10-2-08 in west Lancaster. My wife and 3 kids where so frightned as the DA agents with mechine guns come down our driveway!! No marked cars and no uniforms!! I almost came out with my gun thinking it was a HOME INVASION robbery. They later said to me that they would have shot me if they had saw a gun in my hands. To die for having built my tool shed to LARGE?? This is not the land of the free, its turning into the home of the NAZIES!! ABOSULT B.S.!!
