Cops Not Giving Tickets

What's with all the cops I see sitting in their patrol cars hiding in parking lots, but not for the sake of giving speeding tickets? Just along Masonic Blvd I regularly see a St. Clair Shores cop waiting just east the overpass before Mack Ave and a Fraser cop waiting east of Groesbeck. Vehicles frequently do 40 miles an hour in this 30 miles an hour zone, but the cops always let them slide.
What gives?(Especially when cities could use the money from these ticket violations instead of raising taxes through unjust millages.)

The police department in Fraser is not interested in giving out tickets, that would be something like work. Their motto is "Hard work never hurt no one but I'm not taking any chances". If you think your subject of their performance is poor, don't ever call them for property or person protection. YOU will likely to be the one arrested. My advice to anyone, Move out of Fraser to the inner city where you will be safe.
