Tank Froester announces run for Del Boca Vista phase III condo association presidency.

(Okapachee, FL) Recent arrival Tank Freoster, a former police official from a Detroit bedroom community, has announced his candidacy for president of Del Boca Vista phase III.

“I think a lot of the people here are concerned with crime, blight and the quality of local buffet food. I’m a pretty big guy, so I think most of those problems will just be afraid of me. That’s basically my plan.” said Freoster to a reporter from the Boca Breeze Gazette, the official paper of the LifeMoments® master planned community.

“I’ve got some political experience from my time up north. I was thinking ahead when I ordered 10,000 pens with my name printed on them. The part about ‘for city council’ was printed with water-soluble ink. Now it’s just a matter of wiping them all with a damp rag… I think that shows some astute financial planning.” Oddly, Mr. Froester then spit on the ground and cursed after saying the words “financial planning”.

However, some residents have expressed concerns after condo resident Carmine Vittelli produced a flow-chart that questioned Froester’s recent acquisition, a new Cadillac.

“Basically an attempt to slander me by the condo maintenance guy. He’s just looking to add an extra 5% to his quotes for building carports.”

Mr. Froester will not get my vote. He just beat up my husband for not hiring his friend Tatt Dayhearn to supply donuts for our firework display dinner. He is just a condo bully.

I'm curious - How exactly do you define a long time resident? Are you saying unless you have lived in this city for xx amount of years you don't count nor does your vote?
