If anyone has any info about Mark Duke, Gwen Brown, or the freedom foundation whether it is good or bad please inform me. He is from Parker Colorado and moved into my town in Alabama and there has been alot of questions as to what his true intensions r. Any info would be greatly appriciated!

This request is an attempt to seek information about theological and doctrinal issues and activities and claims related to the House of God located in Parker, Colorado and its affiliate organization, the Freedom Foundation in Selma, Alabama.
I am seeking communication with persons (particularly current and former members and/or volunteers of the above identified groups) who have "personal" knowledge and/or experiences with the teachings of the founder, other leaders and/or members of the House of God and its affilate organizations. Information can be pro or con, but must be accurate and confirmable. Any communication will be considered privileged and confidential, and your identity will be secure.
I am also interested in communicating with any person(s) who has received any legal notice from legal counsel or any other group or any person affiliated with and or related to the House of God or the Freedom Foundation threatening legal action if you speak out about your experiences and or knowledge of these groups. Ask Cheryl Preham of 9 News in Denver She is affilated with the group. I will not give you my name, I will tell you that Jim Jones comes to mind when I hear of Mark Duke.
I went to his church for a SHORT time. Very demanding and likes to make you think he cares. What I see is that he very demanding and likes to be in charge of his people.
He frightens me!! Gwen is amazing I think she is following a crazey man!

NEW PARKER COMMUNITY CHURCH-- WARNING

Mark Duke, founder of the Parker, CO. and Selma, Al. House of God/Freedom Foundation has just announced the House of God in Parker has now changed its name to PARKER COMMUNITY CHURCH and that the pastor who was there has moved on but another member of the HOG/FF will return from Selma to be the new pastor.
DO NOT BE FOOLED folks, this is the same "church" that has been officially designated as a CULT.
Read Mr. McConnel's blog and you will see and HEAR from Duke's own mouth the REAL Mark Duke and what he preaches and teaches!

Apparently the "spiritual partners" remain in Selma, and mr. duke will commute "to continue his work with the Freedom Foundation"

What "work" would that be, other than promoting themselves, claiming to provide charity to the needy, tasting biscuits and judging watermelons, and blasting the "yahoos" in Selma on a radio show, threatening pastors and businesses and individuals who dare cross him and his grandiose plan for saving Selma.
Oh, yes, and collecting grants and foundation donations and spending it on divorce lawyers, dental bills, car repairs, rent and living expenses for their own members. Oh, yeah, charity begins at home. "Ain't no stoppin' us now, cuz we're Pilgrims, yeah, we're Pilgrims. I'm going to run for mayor,

Our daughter, her husband and now the 4th precious granddaughter are part o this HOG/FF in Selma. At this time there seems no way that they can see the 'CULT' of this movement. Doing good things and presenting stunning dramatic productions for Selma and remodeling an old building for their leader? He is now in Atlanta? We as parents are in deep grief about this 3 year saga. God's Will is not apparent. Selma, we pray for you, too!
