: A route under troubled waters: Road outside Frankton still flooded after 7 months

There are 1 comment on the Anderson Herald-Bulletin story from May 2, 2007, titled : A route under troubled waters: Road outside Frankton still flooded after 7 months. In it, Anderson Herald-Bulletin reports that:

“With the way government moves and the change of administration two years ago and the problem with John Richwine owning property next to it, he was hesitant to do anything when he first came in here”

A flooded road and careless motorists worry residents on the outskirts north of town, where high water that closed the road to traffic last fall still stands. via Anderson Herald-Bulletin

It is flat out ridiculous that someone hasn't fixed this problem yet. I have lived in and around the frankton area most of my life, That spot did not "juts in the past 7 months" flood. It's been flooding and receding for a long time. This time it just didn't recede. People, some elderly, have had to pay good money to be pulled out of that water. Instead of wasting OUR time and money, put a little of YOURS to some Good use.
