I called to make an appointment and was told they didn't take them, just to come in. Then when I to apply personally, they told me they only take 40 people and day and they were full. It was late morning. Quite a runaround. They should properly inform people what is required ahead of time.

I just lost my job and I am not sure if I can afford to pay my heating bill. Now I also read the mayor and his cornies are raising my taxes. I am very worried about losing my house. I will be going to this place tomorrow.
