US Marshal: 48-year-old Deputy Marshal faces 15 years in prison for false imprisonment

A US Marshal is accused of some cruel and disturbing acts while at home. A source close to the investigation tells FOX 6 48-year-old Timothy Moseley was a disciplinary transfer from out of state to Milwaukee.

I just want to let the person responsible for this know that they are a piece of crap. I live in his same apartment and you have NO idea of what actually happened and go and make him look terrible. They walked around as if they were a happy couple and they were, get your dam facts right before accusing anyone of anything, he's an extremely nice person and you fucked him over

Chris...did you actually live inside the house? As with everything, what it looks like on the outside, is not really how it is on the inside. Everyone can be a nice person on the surface, but is very manipulative(sp?) on the inside.

That way, I can respond in a timely manner rather then stumble upon your notes on this website long after it's posted.

If you watched our full story we quoted the criminal complaint (a formal court document assembled by at least one district attorney and in many cases multiple investigators) and contacted the accused individual's attorney for comment on the story.

The attorney had the opportunity to tell us his client will be cleared of wrong doing, deny any allegations or for that matter confirm the charges. But, the attorney chose not to respond.
Our intention was to cover an alleged criminal act, nothing more or less.

I should also note we were not the only media outlet who covered this story and not the only TV station.

In closing, I will assume (unless further things are written) the following comment you made is not a real threat I need to take formal action against involving my management or police. That comment by you is as follows, "How about i come outside your house one day and falsely accuse you of beating someone and let me know how it feels."

i just wanna know what the purpose of coming outside his house had anything to do with the entire matter, kind of puts him in danger if the wrong person comes across the story who happened to be close to her.

Sometimes people can seem really nice and normal, and they may actually be really nice. But sometimes those nice people have really dark and dangerous addictions/obsessions (not sure which one would describe it). He is a nice guy, he just had compulsions to do some kind of twisted things once in a while.
