IP announces total closure in Franklin

By Jim Tuttle Smithfield Times Staff Writer International Paper will systematically shut down it's mill and all related operations in Franklin, putting about 1,100 people out of work.

How can you put this many people out of work and then sleep at night? These entire town depends on this mill. I believe you bought this mill with the very intention of closing it.
