Good used vehicles. Test drove a dually there that was older but in perfect condition. Wish though that they stocked some performance diesel trucks.

This establishment is a rip off. It is run by foreigners who do not stand by their word. I was quoted a price on a used car several weeks ago and when I went to pay that price, he rufused to sell it to me for the set price. I will not do business with them again and I do not recommend you to do so either.
I have bought 4 cars from Auto Masters and love each one. They are not run by foreigners and I know this because I personally know the owners!

Some of the best people I have ever done business with. They made buying a car so easy, I did not even have to go through my bank!

No, but you should have. Your interest rate would've been a lot lower

I have bought twice once for myself, and for my son... the cars are great, we would not have been able to buy at a new dealer. We are delighted

The owner is the most caring car dealer in town, My daughter hit a nail and had a flat , He sent a guy out to change the tire. We appreciate his caring attitude and love the car

I am a single Mom, I needed a new car the dealer took the time to show me an array of cars, then the owner himself called the bank to discuss my situation.. The loan was approved and I am rebuilding my credit. Thanks to automasters

You've gotta realize, folks, that some of these posters are professional critics. They're bad-mouthing Cracker Barrel over on some other forum, because that's what they're supposed to do.
AutoMasters is pretty up-front about being a buy-here/pay-here kind of place, and buyers have some responsibility of their own to request/purchase a CarFax report, etc. Personally, I'm hoping (I just made a contact) that my next vehicle purchase comes off an AutoMasters lot.

My Experience with Automasters has BY FAR been the worst car buying experience of my life. Within 2 days of purchasing the car - a cash purchase - the brakes began having problems. Automasters refused to compensate me for the brakes and I had to spend an additional $300 to get them fixed. I have had to make 4 trips total to take care of the paperwork, tag, ect. The sales people are rude, unreasonable and the products are less than satisfactory. The paint on the car I purchased (now three weeks in) is already chipping off because it was so cheap and I've had problems with it starting twice now. STAY AWAY. Automasters' poor business practices will lead to a poor buying experience. Consider yourself warned, I wish I had been.
