I am against drugs, completely... totally. Conservative views, republican, etc. However, there is no way "big brother" can drug test anyone under 18. It is unlawful and awful! A child's urine, blood and hair are their parents' to be done with as their parents determine. Where are we, China? Iran? This is way out of line. Perhaps provide parents with a free drug test and encourage the testing by the parents, but require it? no way.
