Franklin: Holiday lights too expensive

Bill Baker won't see Franklin's holiday decorations this year as he drives to and from his South Main Street shop.

Can't afford Christmas decorations for the city of Franklin..hmmmm....well they could afford halloween decorations and they could afford a costume contest and all kinds of things for halloween but not Christmas could it be cause CHRISTmas might offend someone????
