Can anybody let me know what's exact schedule for a church moving? How long it will take?

With all the money it cost to move that eyesore of a church, and the additional renovation funds required, why didn't they just leave the historic Neighborhood House alone? What kind of unqualified fools made that disgustingly STUPID decision?
