Franklin man's school-zone drug conviction dropped
A state appeals court has thrown out the school-zone drug conviction of a Franklin man, saying the daycare center he was caught selling cocaine near did not qualify as an elementary school.

They need to fix that loop hole a school should be a school. The government needs to fix that.
