whoever this person is, they aparently dont have a clue and are mad at the world.
my family eats at The Franklin Grill at least once a week and have never had a problem with the food or the service, in fact the resturant has a owner that is always there which is rare these days. The other day I had Beef Welington that was out of this world, homemade Tomato Bisque Soup and my son had hand made chicken strips.

As far as the Chef having a criminal record "who Cares". the chef has brought a touch of class to Franklin. and if you were born and raised in Franklin that is what Franklin Village is all about.
Itis very aparent by the comments that you made that you are mad at the world and have way to much time on your hands (I personally do not try to find the criminal record of every chef)

do the world a favor and keep your comments to yourself or if you are so good open your own Restaurant.

My family and I ate there a few weeks back and had a very pleasant experience. The food was good to excellent and our server did a great job. I did not speak to any chefs, but I did see one visiting tables and he seemed young, enthusiastic and friendly…not at all like the person described above. Is it possible they made a change?

I will bring my family back anytime. The atmosphere is warm and friendly between patrons & staff and there are very few truly quaint locations left in the area.

My family and I give it a thumbs up.

The place really isn't that great. The food is so so, not mind blowing nor does it justify a return trip. The place is an abomination in Franklin. I always feel like the place doesn't know what it wants to be. It has no identity to it. Definitely not a landmark destination that makes you think "I want to go to the Franklin Grill". Plus the chef thing does not surprise me 80% of them are so F'ed up it is not even funny.

All I can say is thank G-- for the Franklin Grill! We live in Franklin and have very busy lives so it is very convenient for us. It does'nt matter what time of day it is we get treated with enthusiasm and appreciation. They have great food and great service. We were thrilled when the new owners took over because the place has gotten a complete makeover including staff, menu, and a new banquet facility. The Chef has been a key element to their success. He is not only extremely talented in the kitchen but brings a whole professional atmosphere to the place that was needed for so long. We applaud the place! Two big Thumbs Up from us!!
