We have a very similar long standing policy in the Toms River Regional School District that I argued against unsuccessfully in 2008. It appears that it may have been used as a template for the policy in question at Ramapo HS. It is unfortunate that it took a law suit against an elected school Board to come to the rational and correct decision of the administrative judge. The Mr. and Mrs. Mease are to be admired for their tenacity and I thank them.
