Thanks for the comments. No I'm not trying or do I want this person in jail. I was just curious to if just anybody could find out. I know several people that are suppose to have warrants on them. And as for the one that said u have a feeling u know who it is, well why don't u just tell me and I will tell u if that's who I AM talking bout. I'm not a rat if I was I could have already had this person in jail on about the fourth time I was questioned bout her/him.

This person is doing nothing wrong at all. They are doing the right thing and that is very honorable. You never have to tell your name. It can be anonymous. I don't know why we hold criminals with such high standards yet condem the people who try to do right. If you don't want to get in trouble you shouldn't break the law. Simple as that.

Why is it that when somebody asks a question somebody wants to pop off with them being a rat. I mean really. Maybe the person that's asking don't want to get in trouble for being around a person that might have the warrant.

Warrants are public records, just call the sheriffs dept. I'm not 100% sure but I believe if you are questions about someone and you know where they are yet don't tell the police. You can get in trouble for that.

Thank you "really'. U are right I have been questioned bout this person but haven't said either way on if I do or don't know where the person is. I was just wanting to know if I could find out for sure if there is a warrant or not. That doesn't mean I am or am not going to tell where the person is. Its just for failure to appear so its not like its a big thing

Are their initials PB? If so I believe they have 3 warrants.

Well no the initials are not PB. They are something else. It don't really matter know. Somebody I know called the Sheriff's office and they don't give that info out. If someone thinks they have a warrant on them then they have prob go in and see. That's not going to happen so all I can say is that I honestly tried to do the right thing so I'm done with it now.

The Freedom of Information Act

Under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), public information, including arrest warrants and other records, must be made available for public access.

How else would an employer know if a possible future employee has a warrant they're lying about.
