I attempted to contact mngt and when I did it really didnt seem to matter to them.I went to the one in Franklin just last week, I received chicken that was extremely undercooked. However, I took it back and was given a new order that was cooked. The manager seemed upset that the food had infact not been cooked and apologized over and over.I guess it is all in how you approach the manager about the issue. I for one got very good service.

I understand why the original poster went to corporate. They tried to approach the local manager to have the problem corrected and continued to get hung up on. That tells me that it is apparent that this customers issue was not of any concern to the manager. If the manager could not concern themselves with the lousy food that their establishment is serving then what else ws the cstomer to do? I would have went to corporate as well. Perhaps all corporate could do was make some standard suggestions to the local manager but then perhaps when the restaurant closes its door then corporate will understand why. With todays way of communications and Twitter and Facebook and Topix as well, lousy food and service can be devasting to a place. With in 15 minutes thousands of people and potential customers will know about the bad experience.
