I bought and paid for a headstone in May for a granddaughter that his dad and him buried for me. Delivery on the stone has not been made since. We are suppposedly waiting on the drawing to come in anyday, and I can approve it and then the stone will be delivered. We have visited him several times, and the phone calls are too numerous to count. The latest excuses is that the drawing is lost in the mail, or they are trying to email him the drawings. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Anyone that happens to be going to do business with Patrick anytime soon had better beware. Before anyone starts, I realize there could be serious conseqeunces for telling untrue tales about someone. My story is the truth.

Patrick is a good guy. Things happen in the business world, its unfortunate that your going through this, but things happen.

As a business person sometimes we are at the mercy of others providing items for us to deliver to our clients. Situations arise that we can't control. I have known Patrick and family for years. They are trustworthy and dependable. So sorry that you are experiencing frustration over this and hope all is resolved soon. God bless you.

The last for times we have spoke to him they are sending him a drawing for approval by us on the stone through the mail or email. If you do business like this, I can only hope I do not encounter you. If I do, I will do what I've done to him...BBB. He can lie to them.

As i said, Warning to all, I am sory for the trouble you are having. I simply stated my experience with them. There is certainly no need to turn your frustrations on me. I will continue to hope for you to have an acceptable resolution. In the meantime, I hope you have a blessed day.

realize that he could have and should have gone to another provider for the stone. it's his job to care to his clients... even if it means doing a little leg work.

Your comment is the same as me saying you're family is uneducated - unneccesary and false. Please learn to be an adult and respect other people's opinions without attacking a family's morale and lifestyle. |

I am sorry that you lost your grandfather, but sometimes things like this happen. The Craftons have been running that funeral home for years and they are great people. I am sure it was truly a mistake. I would be very surprised to find out that they are thiefs....Patrick is a great guy and so is his family, but I can see where you would be upset that the headstone has still not been delivered, but just as anything else it can be a true mistake...sorry for your loss.

Crafton Funeral Home took care of a loved one for us and did a wonderful job. It took awhile to get the tombstone but it was at the place they make them's fault. Not Crafton's. Never knew nicer people.
