I guess anything is possible but seeing that they’re just finishing up a seven million dollar plus project in Warren County and have several other large scale projects going, I doubt it.

just wondering...if you had any concept as to the extent of the work this company really does, you would realize that even IF they miss a deadline on a job, the penalty associated with that would be like you having to pay $5 because your water bill was late. Please quit trying to run down a very successful company.

Again, $500 a day is nothing to that company. Apparently you know far less about them than you think. But thanks for proving my point: $500 a day in a $7 million budget is chump change.

I've known "Charles" for over forty years and he certainly isn't sweating $500. Apparently, as I stated to start with, if you had any concept as to the work this company actually does, you would have known that, also.

well 500.00 a day until the job is done, umm i think he will sweat that... and i know exactly the work this company does... also know charles is the type of man that if it isnt making money... he isnt paying.... he is a good man..

Agreed. My point was that it was not going to put the company out of business. It just seemed like you and how about it were forecasting the failure of the company based on a $500/day penalty.

Well if he keeps letting his business be run like it is now, then its going to be RUN IN THE GROUND! Just give it time. He needs to CLEAN HOUSE in that place!!!
