There is nothing wrong with HIDs a lot of vehicles come out factory with them anyways if you was to get them you would see the difference in the visibility at night!

The problem is they blind the other drivers! They blind when coming head on and when in your rear view. Just because they come from the factory with them doesn't make them ok!

Less energy usage and enhanced brilliance: HID lights offer better illumination at lower costs with reduced energy consumption than halogen or incandescent bulbs. Also, they release more radiation than heat which is seen as visible light. The best light for driving: The blue white light offered by HID bulbs makes it easier for drivers to spot other vehicles and obstacles on the road. In fact, HID lights illuminate the area ahead of the vehicle more clearly than any other conventional light.

more illumination to watch the other driver loose control of their vehicle because you've blinded them with your lights. sounds reasonable.

Those kind of lights dont bother some people because some people do not have light sensitive eyes but as for me it is hard enough for me to drive at night because of the sensitivity in my eyes. I know the first thing i am going to get from this is some moron saying "dont drive at night" but sweetie I can assure you that if driving at night can be avoided for me it is. It is just the point that I am not the only one with this problem.

These lights have always been illegal. The law has just never enforced it. On the packaging when you purchse them is says "For offroad use only". Newer cars made with these lights already installed are not as bright as these ones young kids run around with. They are also angled differently and don't blind on coming traffic.

Every morning at 4:30 am I drive to Bowling green and get blinded by many cars coming from Bowling green. I have run off the road at curves a couple of times because of their lights. I have to drive with the visor down and it still depends on the height of the vehicle.

Read the damn box punk. Off road use only! Your mom or dad probably bought the lights anyway so you won't understand.

Daily Horoscope for May 23

Virgo

You have a very high opinion of a certain person today, believing that they can do no wrong. But how realistic are you being? It looks as though you're viewing the world through rose-colored glasses, which is fine if it's only a temporary state but quite another matter if you're deliberately ignoring problems and pretending that they don't exist.
