Yes, they are still building. Lots of construction, dust, and noise. I don't know what they are like inside, but I have a hard time imaging "luxury apartments" (as they say on the sign) surrounded by gas pipes, close to a busy road, and your balcony about 8 feet across from your neighbor. But if the prices aren't "luxury" then maybe they would fit somebody's requirements.

There is a number listed on a sign on the road at the apartments. You'll have to drive out there to get the number. They used to have some flyers in a plastic box by the road, but you had to climb through tall weeds to get them, so I never bothered.

I think they advertised in the Favorite one time a month or so ago. I was surprised that they did that, because the apartments sure didn't look ready to me.

If you get in to see the apartments, let us know how they look.

I know someone who lives there, and the apts are nice on the inside, but they werent put together very well...brand new apt they just moved into and already had so many problems...snakes have been killed inside one of the neighbors, water running down the walls around the window, the tiles on the floors are un even, and the paint job sucks also, you can still see writing on the walls from measurments before they painted...I would think twice if I was you about moving over there...as soon as their lease is up they are outta there, and I have heard others complain about their apt there as well...lots of unhappy people over there, but are stuck there because of a lease

Don't know about that, but I think they are delusional advertising these as "luxury" apartments as the sign says. Which is the luxury part? The part that faces the gas pipes? Or the balcony that faces your neighbor 10 feet away?

Nope not section 8 at all.. And I was thinking that too luxury?? The insides are really nice.. But have a few problems! Sometimes it feels like section 8 but it's not ..$450 for one bedroom and $550 for two.

These apartments are very nice and have come a long way in a short time. Rome wasn't built a day. I think the term "luxury" is used because of the materials used. The outside has nice slate and hardy board and inside has hardwood laminate and tile. The cabinets in the kitchen are beautiful. As for the snakes there is a pest control company that has been coming every month to spray and solved this problem. The blacktop has been recently put down and looks nice. I would recommend them to anyone. Just my 2 cents.

Still looks like there's a garbage problem though. Every time I go by, the dumpster is overflowing and/or there is garbage on the ground all around it. All that garbage is going to attract some unwanted (four-footed) tenants.
