What you people SHOULD be all upset about is that we pay ridiculous taxes to put an INORDINATE number of pigs on the road, WAY more than the national average, and they are incompetent, dishonest, abusive, rude, arrogant womanizers. They don't prevent crimes, nor do they solve them. I agree with you about the Dickus case. Wasn't that about the lamest investigation we had ever seen? I sent two email tips on the FPD website about this, as I was in VERY close proximity to the husband up to this event, AND on the very afternoon it took place. The idiots never even responded to me. WTF??

It is quite clear from your comments that either, you are under the age of 18 and lack the intelligence and maturity to discuss this topic in an adult manner or you are typical of the majority of Americans and believe what you are told, whence the WWii comments. I think it's shocking that when you're argument comes to a natural standstill, you resort to personal attacks. Let's hope that you never fall the wrong side of your justice system because it's clear that it's not the system that decides guilt.

YOU said that no one knew the specifics of the case. The town of Franklin Indiana is a small, close knit community, and I assure you that the people in our area are more familiar with this case than you could possibly be from way over there across the pond. To force the taxpayers of the state of Indiana to continue to bear the burden of supporting a monster like overstreet is unacceptable. Somewhere in Johnson county there is a single mother who can barely make ends meet, having to decide between food for herself and food for her child, and you want to take her money and use it to feed and house a waste of skin like Overstreet?

What a ridiculous comment. Life isn't that black and white. Just because Dean Overstreet is not yet executed does not directly take food from a child's mouth. If your justice system was fare and just, he would be serving life without parole which would save your country millions of dollars. Keeping people on death row costs your country millions every year. And as for your system finding him guilty, the media did that before he got to court. His lawyer, provided for him, did not bring up his mental health issues which would have procluded the judge from sentencing him to death. Being familiar with the case is different to being emotionally involved and influenced by the media and the government who want you to continue to agree with them. I can tell you that Dean is certainly not a waste of skin and is in fact the closest friend i've ever had. That may also make me biased but i in no way condone what he did, i just believe that murder does not warrant murder.

Worry about your own f*cking country and its problems and we will worry about ours and our problems.
