"After I'm sworn in I'll walk into my office and probably take a minute for a brief word of prayer for wisdom"
"I can tell people that when I raise my right hand and become the 50th governor of the state of Indiana, I will do so as myself. I will bring my background, my experience, my ideals and my values to it. But our administration is going to focus"

Now all you Mitch haters can switch to Mike Pence haters.
No use in crying about Gay marriage.
Granting 'personhood' to a fetus.
teaching creationism in schools.
And most important, not borrowing like Obama believes in.
This election is over and Mike Pence won so you are going to have to live with it.

If he tries this tea bagger stuff, he will be recalled!

And if he did get recalled, his would still win. Now stop crying because we have someone who believes in the Bible and prays.

Mike Pence will be disliked even moreso than Mitch after his first and only term as Gov.

Mike Pence is a Tea Bagger. Outdated ideas and superstitions will not bring jobs to Indiana. The best for smart people to do is forget about the past and move to a more productive and promising state. Indiana's years of prosperity are past. Long past.

Hoosiers would rather spend their time gazing at the rear view mirror than looking through the windshield and looking toward a future. Coats,Pence and throwing Lugar out in favor of Mourdock is proof of this. Luckily,Mourdock wasn't elected. The demagogue shouldn't have received any votes outside of his immediate family, but again, this is Indiana.

Mike Pence will assure the status quo will continue its subsidies, perks and profits. He will also continue Daniels efforts in the state's race toward the bottom of the barrel.

If Indiana were a country,it would be a second world country at best.

The brain drain exists for a reason.

Seems like I read the same thing about Mitch Daniels, one term Governor.
How is Indiana now doing with those old ideas? Why are other states having money trouble and borrowing even cities going bankrupts?

Your asking a liberal to try and comprehend math...an oxymoron.
All you'll hear is crickets when you bring up the fact about a budget thats in the black.
Wisconsin and Michigan, both run by liberal democrats were in the red, republican governors...and wallah..balanced budget, but yard implements like this don't understand between red and black. They only know red and blue, as in states and name calling when their diaper gets full wanting someone else to, just like their life,...take care of them.

Heres a novel thought, Illinoise is broke and run by a democrat all you Pence haters, and has huge taxes because of their socialized spending...head west.

Just wait still you hear what these people say when they get their first pay check in 2013. Then they may have some comprehension about money. Of course they will blame it on Bush again.

I noticed in the Sunday star edition on interviewing Mike Pence, They didn't ask him about the illegals. That tells me Mike is still for amnesty for the other 15 million illegals here still. They only ask him about education, Obama care medical exchanges .Looks like Mike is going to say it's easier to go with the Obama medical exchanges than what it would cost Hoosiers to set up their own.I remember on the illegal issue when Sean Hannity was angry that Mike Pence decided he would go for amnesty for the illegals here for 5 years. Now Sean says go ahead and make them legal citizens .Let me remind Hispanics out there, A President who liberal Dems still demean gave illegals amnesty, His name was Ronnie Reagan, Reagan also for many years handed out free Govt surplus food to the people. Dem's don't mention that, Also is was Richard Nixon who gave the poor food stamps, Nea, and affirmative action , They still put down Nixon on a third rate robbery break in into dem election headquarters , Nixon also stopped the backing of gold of the dollar . Nixon was the first Rino.

Talking about illegals, did you know if you are illegal, have a kid, that kid is now an American citizen that is cover by ObamaCare? They also can now get food stamps. Give up on the illegal fight. Republicans learn this year the they need their vote. Even before some republicans want some kind of amnesty program for them. Welcome to the United States of Mexico. Looks like those citizens that fought the battle at the Alamo died in vain.
