Jon, We all feel your pain, please if you can go to the Facebook page. It would be great if we could get everyone in a centralized location to share information.

I ordered a lift on 10/10/12 and deivery for in-store p/u was promised on 11/1/12. I called multiple times and was given the run around about the shipment being lost and/or being unable to track it. I left numerous messages to Randy Brown(owner) with no response I went to Complete Hydraulic on 11/12/12 and spoke with Mr. Brown. After expressing my concern and frustration I was told by him that he did not know where my lift was and since I've already waited this long, I should just be patient and wait a couple more weeks. I still have not received the lift but have already paid for it in full. After filing a dispute with my credit card company, Complete Hydraulic responded to them with a letter filled with misleading information. The customer service is non-existent and the company is a sham.
you are wasting your time talking to this scammer,go ahead and file complaints ,he jerked me around for 6 months..good luck...

I exchanged words with randy last wk and told him I have files with In bbb and the In Ag and have spoke with my lawyer. He then said I was threading him and that he wasn't going to deal with me and have me his attorneys email. I gave it to my lawyer who is very good in the Indy area and he laughed and said Randy's lawyer is a "super lawyer" for bank rupt. Je fed my cc company a line of crap saying my lift was at his shop an I refused it so they gave him the money back but when I told them I called and its no where to be found they recredited my account pending further investigation. He is lucky I didn't go down there on my lunch break and knock his lights out!!! My attorney is very good and said he will get it all sorted out and then some.

Piece of garbage is not the first thing that I would call him but yes he is! I hope they get shut down soon. I know like everywhere else the people that work there need jobs, but the management and sales staff are just as guilty as he is, in my opinion. They have to know what is going on and they are just accomplices. As you drive by send them "the bird" from me please!

Its frigging ridiculous! My complaint to the BBB didn't even get a response from him. I hope this idiot spends some time in jail because he is a damn crook, as well as his employees because they have to know what's going on!

Just that they hadn't gotten a response from him either, they were still investigating. When I asked how is he still in business, they pretty much just said that unfortunately, it takes time.

Charles make sure you contact the Indiana Attorney General, BBB and Credit Card company. It will do you now good to try to talk to this crook. Everything that comes out of his mouth is a LIE!

Charles take the advice of PO d you are wastin your time takin to him or his employees, some of them are helping in his scam, but there are some honest ones there also who like most of us need a job,one person there told me when I first started having problems that he was a crook.
