Complete Hydraulic's business plan is charging customer's credit cards to keep the lights on and fund Randy Brown's "lifestyle" so he can take photos of himself standing next to a helicopter and telling everyone he owns it, put gas in his Lamborghini. He is a con artist who promises product that he cannot provide to the customer. Customers see a price they think is a good deal, Complete Hyrdraulic offers $100 off if you wait 60 days for your product...By that time your credit card will probably refuse to refund your money. If you give Complete Hydraulic your credit card information, you are throwing it away. He has been doing this for more than a year! Be smart, buy from
Chris you did not receive a better lift at a discounted price! You received a product that was over rated that was out sourced from Tuxedo or National Auto Tools in Texas. Look at those lifts on the actual manufacturers web site compare your lift to the specs on those sites. Complete has nothing in stock and they do not manufacture anything they are simply a middle man that can not pay their bills. They use customers new order money to try and save deals on equipment that was sold months ago and keep the lights on! A business that is ran properly would not have 44 better business bureau complaints! Any company that would now suddenly have a credit card authorization form that states you can not dispute charges on your card are crooks! That is a way to avoid charge backs that occur daily because they do not deliver product because they do not have any cash flow to buy anything. How Complete Hydraulic Sales And Service Inc is still in business perplexes me. Buyer beware complete frauds and liars work for and own the complete ripoff!!

I drive by his shop every day... How is this guy still in business? I think he locks himself in the building. I see his hummer there all the time.

I often wonder the same thing about how he stays in business! As for him being there all the time...he is probably working on schemes and how to rob the next Peter to pay Paul! I hope he can't sleep at night!or..he is afraid to be at home knowing people are angry..he goes to his business that has 120 cameras..

How sad to see people ripped off by this guy! For years I have wondered how this man keeps going. These are the same complaints I have been hearing about for more than 5 years! Factory owner in China says that he owes China over 3 million dollars! When I ask the folks in China why they are not pounding on Randy's door ... they answer with.. "well, we have credit insurance" hhmmmmm credit insurance? AIG!!!! Remember AIG ? BIG GOVT BAIL OUT! So..there it is...all of us tax payers bailed out AIG who in turn was insuring these factories in china doing business w/Randy Brown. Trickle down is.. my tax $$ keeping Randy Brown in business so he can continue to rip off customers. Some of the China reps have also filed lawsuits against him in the USA. Former employees are in fear of AG supeonas! They should be! OH.. what a happy day it will be when Randy Brown / Complete Hydraulics is OUT OF BUSINESS!

Wow, this has been and eye opener! I purchased a bike lift for my husband July 12th and have still not received it. Have talked to Randy personally and he has convinced me to keep waiting and promises to call me back with eta. He doesn't call back. Now that I read this I am going to contact my bank for a refund, contact Indiana's Attorney General and BBB to file a complaint. Thanks for the info. People that run a business like this should not be allowed to get away with such things.

Same issues stated above. Now waiting 45 days. He is claiming he is ill and will check on where the lift is. Been getting the runaround and no calls returned for about two weeks. Called the credit card company today and cancelled payment.

I purchased a lift from this ripoff company and never received the order. after many calls I was never given a delivery or shipping date after I was first told that the lift was in stock in there texas warehouse and delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. I canceled the order and requested a refund then the runaround really began. Finally got in touch with someone in the bookkeeping dept and was told no refund was requested. After that nobody would answer the phone and talk to me. Got in touch with credit card company and disputed the charge and got a credit back on the card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF

Everybody that has had a problem with Complete Hydraulic needs to go to Facebook and post there complaints so the word gets out and this guy can get shut down and stop ripping off people

Im in the same boat. Ordered in August a 4 post and a jack and still have nothing to show for it but a hole in my wallet. I'm as mad as it gets right now and thinking about paying a visit to see randy. Even after his 4 different hospitalizations they keep feedin me lines about. This man is a complete crook. He may have just made the biggest mistake. I will not stop now. If everyone wants to let's make a Facebook page and add all of the people together. Class action law suit is in order!

I'm another one that seems to have been taken by this company. No call backs, lines of BS when you get people on the phone. Going to do the same as the rest BBB complaint, Attorney General and credit card dispute.
Ordered 2 motorcycle lifts in September and been getting the run around ever since.

Ordered and paid for a MC lift in mid NOV with a scheduled arrival (on the invoice) of 26NOV.....started calling on the 29th to check status....then the excuses and run around started. Canceled and demanded a refund mid DEC. Nothing. No responses on email or voice mail. Tricked my way into sales desk and got nothing. Disputed with CC company still in process. Have already filled out the Consumer Complaint Form with the Atty Gen in Indiana. Will mail today. What a jerk !!!!!!!!!! How do these people sleep at night???????

Check out lawsuits filed under the consumer protection page of the Indiana Attorney General page. Looks like the business is finally being held accountable!

Still getting the run around sending Complaint to Attorney General tomorrow, submitted dispute with credit card, also trying BBB. Called local police and they said that they have been getting multiple calls.

Talked to this guys lawyer today. Doesn't sound to good, hopefully my credit card company will come through for me.

Sounds like this idiot is still taking orders for product that he cannot deliver. STAY AWAY!
