There was a time that while poor, the black community was full of strong families, strong love and faith. So evil social engineers who to this day place no value on Africans, knew that in order to bring these, and much of lower middle class America down, you had to destroy the families and the faith of it's people. Enter welfare with it's marriage disqualification. The poor couldn't refuse the help....and look at the fruit this tree has produced. It worked exactly as planned and nothing they ever came up with worked to keep the black/poor in a permanent underclass, better. Ya, this was done to y'all, but not by us. That social engineering was only one prong of the attack of depravity, cultural degradation, and control on our country; the rest of us (if we're not part of the 1%) are under attack from the same group of folks. They call America the melting pot but that is not the case with Indy. Inside the loop is a vast deference to people outside the loop. All these years go by and race relations haven't changed at all. This huge divide shows a sad truth about Midwesterners and their lack of willingness to embrace tolerance for people of another color from all sides. Any human that grows up with violence is prone to being violent. I make no excuse for the way my brothers and sisters conduct themselves because it is all in our up bringing.
The condition of the black community isn't a product of race, it's a product of social engineering, psyops, and purposeful destructive cultural influence. If you look at poor white America there aren't many differences anymore, either.
We'd ALL better awake to the fact that we face the same enemy and that we need each other.
