You mean the miniature branches planted, for screening purposes? In 30 years they should look realy nice.

Weed letters should have gone out the first of April. The second round should be going out now.
According to the agenda for the April board meeting (available on summergrove.net ), there were 88 notices sent in March over landscaping.

You don't say! The pm was able to get 88 letters out for the entire month? Why that's only 4% of the SG population. So I guess that means the other 96% is in compliance? Hardly. There are 88 homes on Hunterian Lane that deserve landscape letters.

Skeptic, you pointed out why SG is going the way of our delusional friend in Carrollton. 44 of those 88 will pay a lawn company to spray for weeds a single application just to get the pm off their back. The other 44 has it figured out all they have to do is cut the weeds and that will get the pm off their back. A second and third round of letters will never see the light of day. These are the homes that will again be weed infested next year. The hole circus will start over.

If the board will just take enforcement seriously they will end up saving money. They won't have to pay the pm to do the letters and they will save on postage.

Skeptic - do you know why the board doesn't seem to take covenant enforcement serious?

Now, now Whoop...let's not be too hard on Skeptic. He/she is just trying to give us information based on reports. Ummm, we know how accurate they can be, now don't we? WG, you should also know that residents with weeds just have to keep them manicured. Remember?

88 notices. We pay cma and the pm a whole lot of money and all the pm can muster is 88 notices? That's shameful. The next question...are we getting what we are paying for?

take your letter to an attorney and file suit against the covenants. This way it will stall the procedure and make it where these laws will not be enforced.Am infringment apon your rights brings in HUGE settlements.Let the system work in your favor. If you sue you can make enough money to move out of this hell hole.Th last community I lived in, I sued the property owners board and the restrictions and covenants and got $237,000 in damages.Thats how I got the money to buy here, which was a HUGE mistake.

Drive slow and look across on the right from Market Square near the top of hill. You are looking for overgrown evergreen twigs.

Are you all asleep? It's been many days since the lawn of that first house at the west entrance to SummerGrove was cut and, so far, not a peep out of any of you. Aren't improvements worth a comment?

Yes, you are correct. I just haven't rode out of SG using WestHill. I have seen many improvements.
