What!! He resigned form the EPA because he also worked as a Frankfort cop??? C'mon, who is going to believe that?? Well, there might be a few on here that would. That's so dumb it's funny which I think was your intent. Thanks for the laugh. That was good. This site needs more thoughtful humor like that.

Good for them and you I guess but that doesn't change the facts about my dad.
That being said if you see his fat nasty a$$ waddling down the street, those boobs he has are just his own fat natural ones because of his immense wait. The estrogen treatment wore off a while back. Now he still acts like a women but his boobs are his own.

Oh my, you poor thing. That’s not so wonderful. Why that’s not even inspirational for the tranny’s in town. I really feel for you. My dad is a fat tub also. We lost him years ago when Rich Plan was in town. The truck came to deliver our food and my dad tried to steel some extra food while the guy was inside with my mom (that’s another story). We never seen him again. Sometime my new dad and husband (the Rich Plan guy) says he thinks he hears my real dad eating down stairs in the night time. Scary stuff isn't it?

Courtesy of the Mancuso mess and the OD.... what is it with these italians anyway???

During Tuesday’s hearing in Syracuse, Patrick Fraccola, a former agent with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, stood by the information he believed was true at the time he provided applications to search the Mancuso business offices.

Based on the warrants in question, Paul Mancuso’s Genesee Street business office and Belle Avenue residence were searched in 2005 – leading seven months later to a search of the Genesee Street law office of his brother, Steven Mancuso.

Both Mancuso brothers and their father, Lester, have since been indicted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in connection with an asbestos-removal cover-up scheme. Jury selection is set for Monday, and witness testimony is expected to begin Tuesday.

Among the issues probed Tuesday was whether Fraccola knowingly failed to disclose his prior familiarity with Paul Mancuso as a witness for the EPA, and whether Fraccola did not tell the truth about his knowledge of Mancuso’s restrictions in handling asbestos activities.

Paul Mancuso, previously convicted of violating asbestos removal laws and insurance fraud, is charged with now violating a court order to never become involved in asbestos-related work.

The alleged concealment of his role in several asbestos-removal companies then resulted in further allegations that his brother and father also were involved.

In Fraccola’s affidavit, he stated that he was first alerted to Paul Mancuso’s alleged illegal asbestos activity in October 2005 when a state trooper located a man, David Comstock, who was dumping asbestos waste on a rural property in Poland.

During the interview, Comstock reportedly told Fraccola that he was performing such work at the request of his “bosses,” Paul Mancuso and a second brother, Ronald Mancuso.

At issue in Fraccola’s affidavit, however, was when he stated that Paul Mancuso was unable to obtain an asbestos license in his name, or any company controlled by him, after pleading guilty in 2003 to violating the federal Clean Air Act.

Paul Mancuso disputed this as a “false” statement because, he says, Fraccola knew Mancuso had no restrictions on any asbestos-related work as a result of that conviction. Instead, Paul Mancuso said he later lost his right to work in the asbestos field as a result of his probation following a state conviction in Oneida County Court in August 2004.

During the hearing, Paul Mancuso’s attorney, John Casey, wondered why Fraccola never told the federal judge of this 2004 restriction when applying for a search warrant. When Casey asked whether Fraccola was aware of this restriction, Fraccola chuckled as he answered.
“No, I would have included that information,” Fraccola said.

Fraccola also failed to inform the judge that only 27 lbs. of asbestos ultimately were found at the Poland dumping site, far less than the 300 pounds of asbestos Fraccola had initially estimated, Mancuso argued. When questioned why this correction hadn’t been conveyed to the judge, Fraccola told prosecutors that 1 pound of asbestos still would have been sufficient for a federal conviction.

One issue Casey attempted to explore before he was cut off by Senior U.S. District Judge Frederick Scullin Jr. was the fact that Fraccola no longer works for the EPA. In late 2008, Fraccola was placed under investigation at the EPA because he was “less than fully candid” about his simultaneous off-duty work with the Frankfort Village Police Department, according to prosecutors.

Fraccola ultimately resigned from the EPA. But when Casey tried to use this fact to raise doubts about Fraccola’s credibility, Scullin said it was beyond the scope of the hearing.
