I think it's hilarious and wish nothing but bad on those polis. They have screwed so many people and employees for so many years, turn around is fair play.funny how the da has to recuse himself because polis and his sham companies Damn near financed. Carpet ant's campaign. Can't pay hos employees and shitts on them every chance he gets .then expects loyalty. That's funny hope it cost him millions and besides anyone who knows fiber, knows the real fiber company is in Oriskany. Where fiberdyne has been buying theirs from day one. Seems to me these guys were doing the same thing fiberdyne has done to fis foe years ie selling products that they buy from a supplier as their own. Anything that happens to that pathetic self serving family of polocks is well deserved.

Well once again the local crooks get away with everything and then prosecute anyone that would do exactly what they did to get where they are. Peter Polus of fiberdyne, lied, cheated and even abused non for profit postage to build his first several businesses. He set up distributorships he knew he couldn't meet quota with computer terminal companies. used postage from a non for profit organization to send out his computer supply brochures and claimed he had 7 locations throughout the northeast, when he only had post office boxes in various locations. A less honest man I've never met. Now he's going to crucify some young men and ruin their lives because they tried to start a business using information they gained under his employment. Can you say bullshit corrupt crapola. I wonder if his Jewish backers are behind him on this matter as well. Polus should have been called on his lying bullshit a long long time ago. Now I have to watch some young men have their lives ruined because of this lying asshole. Yup I guess that's justice in America. He won't lose he's connected with all the local Judges and politicians, and they are a Motley Crew.

Was there a no compete clause or any kind of contract?what they did is the oldest story in the book .I used contacts from my previos job to start my business Because the customers already had a repiore with me . I support these guys on what they did especially in this economy to set up shop . Boss living high on the hog ,Driving new vehicles every year while employees are struggling .15 years ago When I was working 60 +. Hours a week and not having my house payment on the begining of month . once I got my ducks in a row I quit and in two days I made $ 900 for the house payment . Now I have loyal employees because I pay them well and appreciate them because I know what it's like to be on the other side .

The truth is they were found guilty. I wonder how they were found guilty if there wasn't enough evidence to support this decision. They stole from the company. You might not like the Polis's, and that's find, but that's not the issue here. The point is these guys tried double dipping and broke the law. Do you honestly think they would have been arrested for just using company contacts? Come on now I know you're smarter than that. We've only begun to hear bits and pieces.

ELIMINATE THE COMPETITION. THAT'S all it is. My guess is, the charges won't stick. However the bell has been rung and you can't unring it. It will take these guys quite a while to fully bounce back.

Only someone at fiberdyne would say anything bad about Paoni and there's a scant few of them.

As for the Polus family it's quite a different story, you'll hear a scant few in the world say anything good about them. Ask the fiberdyne suppliers what they think.

I'm going to guess these guys were doing business better and more honorable than fiberdyne. I doubt Peter taught these guys anything.

I'll be in touch, if you need a part-time employee for free, I'm it.

Go back to sleep idiot. No one was found guilt. Just arrested which means shht.

On that note, I could fall down get a black-eye go to the police sign a statement saying you punched me and you get arrested. Did those guys work there? Yes. Did they start a similar business? Yes. If I sell pizza's for you go out on my own is that unusual? In this case someone signed a "none compete". We'll see if it holds up.

Paoni had his technicians tell customers that fiberdyne is out of business and also had them show up on jobs as sub contractors of fiberdyne... thats fraudulent so keep sticking up for him

Was that Gina Crimmins' husband? I think it was. I feel bad for her and her children. Hey, I'm not heartless, and I'm not wishing anything bad, but you did wrong, now, let's see what happens. She must be sick about it, I'm so sorry for her. Unless she knew something was going on, and HE got caught. I mean, how can you be doing stuff like that and not tell your wife. No, no way, that just doesn't sound right, it can't be, she couldn't have known, no way.

Dan Caiola is the biggest a-hole there is! Very smug jerk! This was not a case of calling old contacts! This was deception look at all the felonies? Grand jury must have felt there was enough evidence to charge them all. Trans World was started on lies & deception right outta the gate!!

Don't be in a hurry to feel sorry or anyone azzhole.

Two or three of the charges will be dropped before a trial starts.

Lastly I think this will cost them money, short term embarrassment and then business as usual.

Why don't you leave Fiberdyne then? It's not like you're a valued employee or even a top sales rep. I don't think anyone will miss you. So find yourself the nearest exit and see yourself out. Find another employer. What a two faced loser you are! I'm sure you can find a job selling used cars.
Sorry lil pete i'm not is sales at all. But i'll fill you in on my way out the door. Keep guessing jerk-off.

I'll say this. People sure are 2-faced. I bet half of what I read would never leave anyones lips if were right to someones face. I figure, if you cant dare to say it out loud to someone, then you shouldn't bother to say it. What's the point? People...you just can't rely on them today. So much backbiting and trucebreakers. I feel sorry. Not for those caught, but, people in general. Have a happy holiday with that thought in your mind. Might give you something to think about. IF you think.

First of all, there are ten sides to every story so everyone needs to relax. Dan Caiola is one of the most intelligent individuals on this earth. If you disagree with that statement, you are jealous!! Call him as you wish but know he is all that!!! The justice system sucks and if you have half a brain you should already know that. In the meantime, everyone needs to lighten up and not be so judgmental on those that truly try to do good in the world...like Dan Caiola!!! Be real, do not be jealous...be sensible in life and let's everyone get along....especially especially because it's Christmas...

Dear azzholes r Us,

A Napoleon complex is an informal term describing an alleged type of psychological phenomenon which is said to exist in persons, usually men, of short stature. It is characterized by overly-aggressive or DOMINEERING SOCIAL BEHAVIOR, and carries the implication that such behavior is compensatory for the subjects. The term is also used more generally to describe people who are driven by a perceived handicap to overcompensate in other aspects of their lives.

This complex does not describe Matt.

Was Matt successful and popular in high school and college...YES. Was Matt a high school and college stand-out in sports...YES.
Was Matt's wife ever insulting to her husband in such a way as to attempt to fuk any man or woman at social functions...NO.
Was Matt ever seen being overly loud and obnoxious at social functions in order to draw attention to himself at said social functions...No.
Was Matt so insecure he felt the need to get a 10cent black-belt...NO.

SO if not Matt, who does the above describe at Fiberdyne???

How funny is that?

Well you are describing Matt at a different point in his life. I personally worked with him for years and every time I was around him which was a lot I felt like I needed a shower!!! He personally shafted to ppl that I know and work with. So listen you Dr Phil wannabe get your facts straight and it's time to get real. Ppl are like the weather ever changing. Go back to your time capsule Marty McFly!!! The Delorean is running in the parking lot waiting for you!!!
