Got Screwed Over

Does anyone know where this guy is, more importantly, where he is working? He put a roof on my house and screwed us over. Now I am out $5,000 and must have my roof completly replaced. I won a lawsuit against him in court, but needless to say he has not paid a penny. He was in jail, got out and was living with his father in Frankfort. I need to know where this jerk is working so I can garnish his wages. My husband and I are very hard working people. We work hard for the money we make, so it really pisses me off that this low life can take my money, do half the job and run. PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN!
