I am on meds but i am still in moods i am sick of being in the house and working from home. Its a drag when u dont have a car. Any ideas to get out of my slump mood

I smoke weed,its REALLY does help with the blah's of everyday life.This stuff can be used as a medicine!

Go out with friends, g o to the gym or learn a language. It helped me and now I m learning spanish and practicing it with the mexican community off versailles rd....they are delighted to strike small talk and help with conversational...I make it clear its not for sex just practice...practico...lol

I already no some spanish but i just moved here 8 month ago and havent realy meet anyone to hang w as a friend but on girl but she works a lot and her man wont let her out da house when she comes in

If your goal is to make boring entertaining, yes, weed is great. But if you want to get somewhere, be somebody, not generally a good idea.

I know depression is hard! If you can get out and go places and see things or people,it really helps.I know if I stay inside to much,it makes mine worse. I don't always feel like going,but I make myself.Find a hobby,go to the park,call a friend,just try to not be alone to much!Being by yourself also makes it worse. Maybe talk to your doc. about changing your meds! I hope I have been of some help! Good luck!
