I'm so excited this business has come to Frankfort that I have to share the updates.

They are having bingo tonight and tomorrow night.$15 buy-in packs with $10-$15 handheld computers. You can view their programs at www.frankfort-bingo.com or on Facebook under Pot-of-Gold Bingo.

They are on East Main in the old fitness center.

Clean facility. Great volunteers. Sweet payouts.!!

$15.00 for 72 cards is a good deal for the player. House gets same money whether it is tabs or computer and odds are better for the player

Need more players to show up and support them. Not very many there last night. I hear both groups are losing money every week. Dont know how long they can operate in the red.

They can't run long in the red and they need the money for their team. Bingo is cheap, fun and exciting. Please share the info with family and friends. I'm playing tonight and hope I win some money!!!! I need it after all this Christmas stuff.

I saw a lady complaining at the very end. If she saw cheating she should have stopped the game but she didn't speak up. She said she had Bingo with the next call. How did she know that? or that there could have been other bingos on the next call? She was upset she wasn't getting her way. She was pointing to an older couple who were in the front and saying they were cheating. The workers were doing everything to make that lady happy except give her some money. I heard them say it was a machine that won bingo and not the paper and that they never saw people dobbing the same paper. And they said they will make sure it doesn't even appear to be a sharing in the future. If that lady and the other one who was with her thinks there was something going on, she should not go back. I will be there, I had a good time.

Hello, unfortunately there were two elderly people sharing packs last night at the bingo facility. I think it started out as him helping her but they purchased separate special games. They were confused and the new bingo hosting group was confused. I was there and the guy running the facility spoke to the group and explained what it meant to "sharing a pack" and how that wasn't allowed if they listed it on their rules. They were unaware and apologized and said they'd make an effort not to allow this again.

As for the girl who didn't get her $75 after the night was over. Unfortunately the Charitable Gaming Commission won't allow patrons to be paid after the session has ended. It was discussed that should it ever happen again and not be known by the group, then the person witnessing should bring it to their attention ASAP so things could be fixed. Then perhaps the actual winner could be paid.

These people are honest people who want to run an honest facility. But like everyone else, they have to learn the ropes and sometimes that means making mistakes along the way. But we learn from those mistakes. It will all work out great.

Personally, I enjoy playing five minutes from my house and even though the payouts aren't as big as I'd like them to be or they don't serve hot fried foods...I'm excited to play and will be playing. And I encourage all to come play. It's fun!!!!

Give these new people a chance and have some fun. This is a community project...so let's help them be great!!! And who can't help but love a group that offers FREE CAKE!! Heck yea! lol

See you tonight! Cost is $15 and games start at 7pm.

Oh as for the VFW and Legion...not sure if all have played there but it costs a fortune and seems alot of folks there win over and over. But the thing that discourges me...I don't see them donating funds to these school groups so they can get equipment and other items needed. I know they use their profits for good causes and that's appreciated. But if I'm going to play...I want to spend less and have a chance to win. I don't have the $60+ spend on a chance.$15 is much easier for me to afford.:)

I truly don't feel they're competing for bingo rights in Frankfort...they're just trying to give these kids a chance at small dreams. Nothing wrong with that.:)

This was one of the worker grandparent. They been doing this for the last three week both night. Right in front of the caller stand. And her uncle and aunt was doing the same thing. The rule are right on the back of the program. For the last three week they been play and winning the big pot. And that not fair. If they can't play the big pack, the team need to purchase small pack. Bubble never about this so why didn't he say somethings before it was bought to their attention. I wont be back until they get this right. My number came up two or three time and they call bingo and got pay. On the cover all.
never happy

The people complaining are the same people that have been banned from playing bingo in other facilities. No one is making them play. If they dont like it they dont have to go back. It was a mistake that was over looked and clarified. It was a $75 pay out it wasnt thousands of dollars. Nothing to lose sleep over geeze.
was there too

It seems like Wednesday group is a little more organized and hasn't had any of these issues. If they would change some games and payouts I think they are the best bet. I will still support both groups.
