Worse than Jeff Sachs in my opinion. Anyone else had issues with them? Recently bought a car only to find out 2 weeks later the brakes were metal to metal. Went in to see the service manager to politely bring my issue to his attention. Well, Jeff Montgomery flat out refused to talk to me. He sat in his office with a window right in front of me and wouldn't even look at me. What a cowherd POS. They'll be out of business before they know it. You don't treat people that way in a small town.

Did you buy it as is?

It was a $15,000 car, and a 2008 model, so there was an expectation on my part that it was safe to drive when I bought it. Maybe they're not as bad as my experience makes them seem. That's why I'm asking everyone else's opinion.

I'm telling every person I know to stay as far away from Capitol Auto Park in Frankfort Ky as they can. They are con-artists, and will screw you over to make a dollar. Trust me.
Thanks Tonya

Tonya,

I usually got to Lexington or Louisville when I car shop. I like Ole Don Jacobs' dealership pretty well.

Come to Bob Allen, Chrysler Dodge, Jeep! I will take good care of you! I hate to hear of people having to go out of town to take care of business. I know that if all possible you'd probably rather keep your money in the town in which you reside and I like to think I make that possible for people. Not your average sales person I promise :).

They are not obligated to change anything for you after you signed the as is sheet. Although very few eat up the cost of small repairs for good impression. Sam swoop in louisville are the best of the best, maybe nc they are a tycoon when it comes to usee auto market, try them next time....

And people like you are the reason they want a drug test, background check, and psych evaluation for even the most menial, monotonous jobs

Honestly, not being an ass or anything, if you bought it as is then they dont have to talk to you. Check out your KY state laws on dealerships and with the BBB before you buy any used vehicle in KY. You can buy a 2011 vehicle from a dealership, buy it "as is", drive off the lot and the engine blows up in front of the place and they have NO LEGAL OBLIGATION to fix anything. Sad but true. Check it out if you dont believe me.

I REALLY hope you arent a man......A brand new vehicle depreciates 5,000 once you drive it off the lot.....wth did you think you would get for it???? Listen...most people would feel blessed to have a vehicle they THOUGHT was worth 30,000 and would happily keep it. If you are dealing with ANY dealership in frankfort and trying to TRADE in a 30,000 vehicle then you're probably about to lose it anyway. WOW...this town is getting dumber by the minute.

Is it just because I haven't had a bad experience with Bob Allen or are you attacking me personally?
