What's up with select Suzuki. Drove by and all the cars were gone from the lot and the place looked abandoned. Did they close down?

The big credit union sale is tomorrow. Probably moved all the inventory over for the sale.

They need to close, there service is so bad, I had to take my car somewhere else and pay again to get it fixed.
The service manager yelled at me when I asked for a refund.

Select Suzuki guarantees customer satisfaction provided the customer is willing to work with us to allow us help them.

Customers who refuse to accept reasonable accommodations, make threats, or demand things such as refunds are told to file a dispute with the Better Business Bureau.

Select maintains an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau because we take great pride in the fact that we care about, and take care of our customers. Simply go their website, click "Check out a business", and search for Select Suzuki.

The same person is writing all of the negative comments on this thread. We know who he his because it is very rare that we have an upset customer. We have offered him reasonable accommodations, and he has refused our help.

In light of recent tragedies that have occurred around our country, we continue to hope and pray that this gentleman can find peace in this world and within himself.

Hey Dan, go back to complaining on Facebook about a 50 cent cup of ice water! Restaurants pay for their cups and their water, and you want it for free? I don't see Select giving out free parts and labor. How ignorant can you be? If you feel the need to defend the business on a site like this, you must know you have more than a few unsatisied customers!!

I would take issue with any restaurant charging for water first of all. Secondly, you have to be mentally unbalanced to not get along with ANY of the Bevingtons. I have known all for years, and they are as straight a business as you are gonna find automotive or other wise. And who are you to snipe at Christianity. No one is claiming they are perfect. And I pray that you get any and all issues resolved. God Bless all

Where did I snipe at Christianity you moron? As straight a business as you're gonna find? Please! You want to hear about straight business? I took my car there or an oil change a couple months ago. When I picked it up, I was told that both the transmission and power steering fluids needed to be drained/flushed, but I didn't have the work done at that time. 3,000 miles later I went back for another oil change, but this time no mention of the fluids! So either they magically drained/flushed themselves OR Select tried to get money out of me for something that was not needed. I'm not a big believer in magic, so.... How straight is that for you?!?!!

After your comment, I don't expect you to have the mental capacity to understand that NO business is going to give way for free something for which they have to pay.

I reiterate "The same person is writing all of the negative comments on this thread. We know who he his because it is very rare that we have an upset customer. We have offered him reasonable accommodations, and he has refused our help."

Cat, if you're not the original poster, please tell us your name so we can attempt to contact you to address your concerns. Have you contacted me, or another member of management directly about your concern? If so, and we did not provide a reasonable solution, did you contact the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint? If you answer no to either of the above questions, then please do so. If you choose not to do these things, then we wish you the best, and hope you find peace.

Select does offer free coffee, and free cookies to all customers. We do not offer free ice water because we do not have an ice machine, but we are more than glad to serve you a complimentary cup of cold water. We also offer a free inspection when you come in to drop your vehicle off. So, unlike other shops, we show you your filters, fluids, and tire wear, and let you visually inspect them and make your own decision whether to perform services. We also offer a free car wash with any service.

We also offer coffee, cookies, and water to the general public. We pay for all three of these items but are glad to provide these complimentary refreshments.

Dan, in all fairness, no I did not contact anyone at the business regarding this issue. I was very taken aback by the dishonesty and attempt to take my hard earned money. How could you possibly remedy this situation where trust has been compromised?

Daily Horoscope for May 18

Libra

Is a relationship getting dull and predictable? If so, it's time to inject some spontaneity into it, preferably by doing things on the spur of the moment and taking a few risks. Maybe you should go out for a meal for a change. There could also be a surprise in store when you realize you're attracted to someone who's totally different from your usual type.
