Thanks Obama! You didn't build that but you surely helped close it.

Thanks to Obama and his lousy grasp of economic processes, we have another business closing. No more Twinkies and then some. Local people lost their jobs because of that. And that's just the beginning as their suppliers will feel the hit to their revenue, too.

How many more businesses have to close before people realize socialism doesn't work?

Wake up, people! The next job gone could be yours!

Ok, now apparently I really don't understand the economy.....the last time I read about this issue, it was due to a situation with the unions. Seeing that you are the expert in economics, please help me understand how this is Obama's fault.

Dumbasses...Hostess gave their executives huge raises recently, gave an out going CEO about a 1.5 million dollar going away payment, owes their employee pension fund nearly 2 billion dollars, and has been in and out of bankruptcy since 2004. 21 Hostess plants have closed since 2004. Very little money has been put back into the business, they have been leaching it off for years.
Now all of a sudden they are blaming all their problems on the union.
And you think Obama caused all this?
Are you really that damn stupid ?

You are correct. A 300% raise, when your company is in trouble already, is just shameful! It sure isn't any president's fault. It is simply greed and blatant disregard. Bad form!

Everything is Obama's fault according to the tea party dumba$$es..... Romney would have just taken over the company, sent the jobs overseas, put all of the former employees out on the street, made a personal fortune, deposited it in a swiss account and outlawed abortion after finishing the deal.

Hostess was trying to cut worker wages by anothr 8 percent (on top of 12 percent concessions already made by the union before the company filed its second bankruptcy) and benefits by 32 percent while the CEO gave himself a 300 percent raise (from $750,000 to $2.5 million) other executives reaceived raised of 60 percent to more than 100 percent. Meanwhile, the company stopped paying employee pensions, stealing from the fund more than $160 million. So, sorry rednecks retards. It's not the fault of the 18,000 workers making barely more than $10 an hour, much less the president's fault (what's that about, anyway?) that you can't get your Twinkie fix for a while. But, don't worry, it was the plan all along, as we're finding out now, for the company to sell off its brands separately for big profits for a few while shafting the workers. It wouldn't have mattered if the workers had agreed to pay the company to keep working, the company was going to close regardless. And ever lost union job means every other non-union job has that much less value and each non-union worker can be subjected to that much more abuse and indignity.

Thanks WrongAgain for having explain to the Fox news crowd what's really going one. Hostess is a huge well known company, anyone with a brain should know that only bad leadership can kill a major brand name.

And now there is a rumor that a Mexican company may buy out the Hostess assets and begin manufacturing their products. Wouldn't that be rich!

In my personal opinion there is noone that didnt vote for Obama that is every going to be happy that Obama is our PRESIDENT.... Seriously it is not that serious. We have so many people that are going throught struggles in their life and you people are worried about what our President is doing lol thats a joke. Like Al sharpton stated instead of worring about Obama you need to worry about your moma. Because if romney would of got in office all of ya would have been f%ked up.

I agree. Obama is not the cause. It is bad leadership and plus bad marketing. Twinkies, etc., were not selling. People are so quick to blame but that comes from ignorance and lack of education.

A 300% pay increase just months before a bankruptcy...well, you have to admit the timing was just right to blame everything on the reelection of President Obama.

Bush was the worst president we've ever had - took a budget surplus Clinton put in place and ran us into the ground. It's people like you who put him in for a second term and almost caused economic collapse rebel.

Who's to blame?Everyone seems to want to blame everything that happens to them on Pres. Obama. If you fall down,it's his fault. If you get a cold it's his fault.Well it's high time we quite blaming others when we fall short and take responsibility for our actions. The election is over and it is time all Americans respect each other and work together for the benefit of everyone.Yes it will take compromise but that can be done without giving up the principles we believe in.Finally let me say United We Stand Divided We Fall.
