I'm a Christian. And America stopped being a Christian nation a long, long time ago.

There will be a day when everyone will wish they had trusted in God. I can't imagine living life without God. He is always there. I am thankful for my Father in Heaven.

"God" and "The Devil" are the alien overlords of our distant past. All of the first stories in the Bible ('Creation', the Flood) are copied from ancient Sumeria, except that the Hebrews decided to remake the stories in a theological light.
"God" and "The Devil" are half-brothers and "God" is the younger. This is retold in other mythologies such as Zeus and Hades, or Romulus and Remus. Don't you find it odd that a being that is supposedly omnipotent and can will things in and out of existence can't get rid of his own nemesis?!? Are they in love or something? What about the stories in the Bible that just make no sense today? Jonah swallowed by a large, metallic fish and stayed in its belly for 3 days?!? Ezekiel has an encounter with a "wheel within a wheel" that came from the sky? Chariots of fire? Hmmmm.....

I myself find it very sad that there are people that do not believe in the existance of God. You do have a choice. Having Faith is key to knowing God. The very reason our nation is in such bad shape is because we have turned our back on him.

If a Christian nation had been the intent of the founders, they would have put that in the Constitution, front and center. Yet the text of the Constitution contains no references to God, Jesus Christ, or Christianity. That document does not state that our country is an officially Christian nation.

Ugh. Tell me about it. I just wish the same race of aliens would land here, look at our Bible and older Sumerian stories and say, "Yes. We created you for slave labor thousands of years ago. We tried to destroy you with a flood because your noise and breeding habits alarmed us." Then almost overnight, religion would let out a death-rattle and we would understand why we could never find the 'missing link' in our evolution and why 90% of our DNA is junk/non-mammalian/alien.

I'm not going to debate with anyone. No need to, you will just be ignored. I know my beliefs and no one will change that. You don't like the topic or posts, don't read them. Didn't start this for a debate. You want a debate or argue create your own thread.
