Wings were good, servers had great attitudes but bartender didn't even look at customers over the bar. If she was perhaps only filling service bar orders she could at least acknowledge customers and gotten them assistance. The beer glasses had an overwhelming chlorine aroma which tainted every beer we had. I'll go back, hopefully they were a little overwhelmed!

So you didn't like the bartender and the glasses smelled like chlorine which tainted the beer. Why would you want more of that? There are plenty of other places with wings and beer that don't have chemicals on the glasses.

Overpriced average fare. Wings from the freezer case just as good.

Went last night for the first time, boneless wings were 'ok' over priced even for the 60cents per special. Size was half or more less than the boneless wings @ Applebee's. There were almost as many servers on duty as customers and it was packed. This may have been more of a problem than helpful. We were there for probably 3 hours and had no less than 6 different servers taking orders which may have caused the 20 minute delay in getting our bill after we asked for it. On the plus side, the amount of Sports/TV's is unequaled in Frankfort. I would think/hope the service will improve with time.

I thoroughly apologize for the way i worded that. I just thought the store was doing g so well and was. Disappointed and clearly, very upset to see such hateful and negative feed back.and please don't confuse me taking up for hard workers for "speaking out of term". But you are correct when u say this is all drama. Im not that person, and i regret commenting in the first place. Im simply encouraging people come, its a great Environment with upbeat people and great food, and the staff is like a team, a family, if you will. So again, sorry for coming off offensively, im all for the good of the store.

Went there yesterday for the game. It was pretty much a mess. They weren't prepared for the large crowd, but maybe it will get better.

Word of advice for the servers named Steven and Christopher - don't openly cheer for the other team. You all were serving tables with all UK fans and you all were openly cheering for UL. Not a smart move. I wouldn't have tipped you anything. Sometimes you need to keep your feelings to yourself.

It should not matter whom the servers are chearing for if they give you good service.I am sure there were Louisville fans there also.Pay is not great for servers and they should be tipped according to the service they provide not who they are cheating for .I bled Blue but would give them the tip they deserve not based on who they are chearing for.

They probably noticed small minded insecure customers, but didn't realize their opinions would offend you.

Hopefully your words of advice will change these guys lives for the better, once they complete college they will most likely be your boss

Also not the entire world loves UK sports, or Kentucky at all.

The point is, if you are a server then you should make your patrons happy. Simple economics. Just like it is a fact that pretty girls get more tips. If you want to piss off your table, then be prepared to get a lower tip, if a tip at all. Word of advice. It is my money, and if I want to tip I will, if not, then I won't. And don't start the argument that if I don't want to tip then I can stay at home. As patrons we have the RIGHT to tip or not. If servers don't make minimum wage in tips, then the restaurant is REQUIRED by LAW to pay them minimum wage. Look it up.

You continue to offer words of advice yet don't follow your own. You stated that some times people should keep their opinions to themselves.

I don't start arguments, just point out glaring inadequacies in ignorant posts that defame two guys by name trying to make it through college.

Based on your extensive knowledge of the fast food industry I hope that many follow your advice for success. Hopefully I get your table, because I'd like to meet a paragon of the service industry with such a wealth of advice.

Steven, I'm the guy who left you $70 last Saturday. Keep up the good work, and see you soon.

I think the UK poster is right. Diners can tip or choose not to, and personally I base it on the food, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the quality of service. I do prefer a server who checks on the table often, and keeps certain opinions to their self. For example, I really don't want a server, or a plumber, or anyone else to drum up politics or religion. What's wrong with just waiting on the table?
