What age is best to try and have kids, and actually having them?

When you're old enough to be stable, yet young enough to not have degraded DNA.
So 28-35 if you are stable enough to take care of them. If you a struggling financially at that age or still acting like a teenager, it's best to forget it.
You can wait until you're older than that, but you run more of a risk of having a child with birth defects. I know a guy that's 60 with a 3 year old so you can have children as long as you're biologically able, but it's risky. Plus you don't want to be raising a kid when you get that old.

age is not a factor. Maturity is. Scott Tracy is a great example of someone in that age range who shouldn't be procreating. 3-4-5 kids...who can keep track? He can't! Merry Christmas ya filthy hoe :)

Sounds good, I agree with the maturity thing.
