The deal was done, the terms are being kept hidden by the MSM.
Russia Today could tell the story, but they have other fears.

The State Department’s negotiations over the giveaway maritime boundary
agreement were done in complete secrecy from the public, the State of Alaska,
and the Congress. The U.S. gets no quid pro quo.

Complete details are on http://www.statedepartmentwatch.org .

FactCheck.org , which purports to check the facts on political controversies,
failed miserably here. The most bizarre statement from FactCheck.org was that
the U.S. never claimed any of the 7 islands. The facts are that four of the
seven were claimed by the U.S. by landings in 1881, and the other three were
part of the 1867 treaty with the Russians.

Wrangell Island was made part of the U.S. in 1881 with a landing and raising the
flag by U.S. Revenue Marine ship Thomas Corwin under the command of Captain
Calvin Leighton Hooper. Famed naturalist John Muir was aboard the landing party.
He wrote the book “The Cruise of the Corwin” with his own illustrations of the
flag-raising ceremony.

Bennett, Jeannette, and Henrietta Islands were discovered and claimed in 1881 by
the U.S. Navy expedition of USS Jeannette under the command of Lt. George
Washington DeLong. It was co-sponsored by the noted New York City newspaper
publisher James Gordon Bennett. Jeannette and Henrietta Islands were named after
his sister and mother.

Both additions to U.S. sovereignty were frontpage news stories and the subject
of vast reporting to Congress and the President. The crew members of USS
Jeannette were even awarded gold medals by Congress for their arduous voyage in
the icepack of the Arctic.

FactCheck.org ’s erroneous coverage is in its story of March 27. We tried to
straighten out the numerous falsehoods as can be seen in the “Mailbag” part of
the website. But so far, FactCheck.org is not interested in the truth of the
matter. We hope they will come around.

America won the Cold War. We should act like it.

This giveaway was started up by Henry Kissinger with his “detente” policy and
has been perpetrated by a secrecy-shrouded State Department cabal.

Fortunately the giveaway is not finalized. It can be stopped with the stroke of
the pen by President Barack Obama or Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Let’s
all urge them both to do the right thing and win one for America.

Guess its easy to say something happened when there is ZERO proof it didn't, it's so secret that you can't prove it happened, so you just say it happen.

That's clear as mud!

That is all

Oh but, you guys never believe Fox EXCEPT when it benefits you!

Then I guess you will believe this:........

Liberal television networks and newspapers won’t tell you this, but the election is gradually slipping away from President Obama. As the latest Gallup poll reports this week, Republican challenger Mitt Romney has pulled ahead nationally by 2 points. According to the Associated Press, Mitt is ahead with the all-important independent voter by a sizable margin of 41 percent to 30 percent. In a year when the election is all about the economy, stupid, support for the president’s economic policies and handling of deficits is in the 30s. With high unemployment and the economy going nowhere, it would be historically unprecedented for Mr. Obama to be reelected in November.

The former Massachusetts governor got a boost after naming Rep. Paul Ryan as his running mate, with the pair now leading in the congressman’s very blue home state of Wisconsin. In the 72 hours after Mr. Ryan was tapped, the GOP ticket raised an impressive $7.4 million. The Badger State has gone for Democrats in the last six presidential elections dating to 1988, and cheeseheads gave Mr. Obama a massive 14-point victory against Sen. John McCain in 2008. In the 2010 midterm, however, two statewide offices - governor and U.S. senator - went Republican, and conservative Gov. Scott Walker beat back a serious union-funded recall drive by a comfortable 7 points just two months ago.

This is what I mean about dishonesty or stupidity. Gallup poll clearly shows Obama ahead. But poor dumb Jay just outright lies and says Gallup says differently.

Jay, you are a sad dumb little boy.

You are as crazy as the crackhead cat lady.

I still can't believe you IDIOTS are allowed to vote being so easily misled and you do absolutely NO research on what you post. It truely does amaze me at how ignorant you dipshits are.

Sorry Jay, but your cut/paste from FreeRepublic is nearly a month old. The most current Gallup poll has Obama leading Romney 49% to 45%, with Romney trending lower since the Tampa Tea Party.

http://www.gallup.com/poll/election.aspx

It will be interesting to see how much Romney's appallingly stupid foreign policy comments will cost him in the next few weeks leading up to November.

Obama wins 323 to 215
