Sen. Julian Carroll's son, Bradley, 47 died Sunday after being injured in a traffic crash on U.S. 421.

Bradley Carroll was pronounced dead at Frankfort Regional Medical Center, where he was taken after the wreck, said Sheriff Pat Melton.

The crash remains under investigation by the Franklin County Sheriff's Office.

God Bless his family. Brad was a good person, he graduated with my daughter at FHS and was such a good person. RIP Brad God loves you and so do so many people in Frankfort.

I'm wondering if he had a heart attack or something. He knew that road like the back of his hand. He was only a couple of miles from home. There was no reason for him to swerve into the wall like that unless a deer jumped in front of him or he had some health issue. So sad. Brad was a fine person.
