Poorly Ran

Frankfort, KY

#1 Jul 26, 2012
Has this place always been a joke or just recently...I went in there looking around and I hear the finance guy talking about pills to someone. Not to mention it is just poorly ran and you can tell it. I am not sure how you can go in there and feel confident purchasing something from their lot. It also seemed like everyone that worked there were left over Jeff Sachs people and I had thought we were rid of those people for good...guess not. I almost purchased something from them but thankfully my father talked me out of it. I think there is more going on there than meets the eye....A co-worker of mine went in there and was actually sitting at the finance desk and he started falling asleep while he was sitting there...whats up with management...or are they just as bad? I know that there is a big dif walking on to their lot vs. walking on to Toyota, Honda and/or Crossroads lot, I went to them all and they were 10 times more professional.
I agree

You're right about the Jeff Sachs leftovers. They've got the biggest crook in Frankfort as the service manager, Wendell Brown. He worked at Sachs. The mechanics will put a fuse in your car and he'll tell you it needed a starter or something and charge you $900. I wouldn't take anything to them for service unless you want ripped off. He is a P.O.S.! The Bob Allen Dealerships in Danville are way better but it makes you think if ol Bob let's these things go on in Frankfort, it's probably going on at his other dealerships too.

I know several of the sales people there and they are drug addicts. Have been since high school.

Okay , this goes for all of you who have downed Wendell brown and or the business it's self. Wendell brown is one of the best service managers in Frankfort. He always puts his customers first & works well with them. Second of all how in the world could they be " drug addicts" if they work right next to the sherrifs department? I'm pretty sure they'd be aware of what was happening RIGHT next to them. Also , Bob Allens isn't perfect. No car dealership is but they have given great services to many people & have helped anyone who needs it. Half of you are probably mad because you didn't get the service you thought you deserved but how'd you handle it? You get on some website and talk smack about the company. Get a life , stop downing a good business & realize they are an amazing place to go to get your car worked on etc. NO company is perfect.

Ok. You keep on letting Wendell rape you. You were right. He does put the customers first. Right in front of him while he's sticking it in your ass.

Apparently that one loud mouth defender doesn't know the difference between the Kentucky State Police Post and the Sheriff's Office.

And if they're that wrong about that, imagine how off they are about the service manager at Bob Allen.

I can attest to the worthlessness of the service department at Bob Allen. I stopped in for an oil change on a Saturday morning and no one bothered to speak to me until I went inside the sales office to alert them to the lack of attention. I took my car elsewhere

But, if you think this dealership is any different than the rest in town, you're kidding yourself.

I encountered a salesman at another dealership whom I was certain was on steroids and cocaine and whom complained incessantly, almost obsessively, about his ex-wife for the entire time I was at the dealership.

When I complained about his behavior , management never addressed my concerns.

Ummmnnn... yeah. When you went in their office and said, "That salesman I just encountered is on steroids, cocaine, and hates his ex-wife", I'm shocked that they just didn't take your word as proof and jump all over that. Because, I mean, YOU, a customer, said he on steroids & cocaine, and of course you can PROVE that, right on the sales floor. Rrrrrriiiiiiiiigggggghttttt...

I complained that the salesman was agitated and acting strangely. Now, you're taking this all a bit too personally. Could this salesman be you?

What kind of salesperson talks incessantly in an agitated manner about an ex wife, upon first meeting a customer? He was so hyper and agitated that I was very uncomfortable about the situation.

I bet he's still working, but I wouldn't know because I would never set foot in that dealership again.

Good customer service matters.

So you implied you complained he was on cocaine and roids and they didn't address your concerns. But then here, you toned it down to a more a reasonable;
