Looks like a tan/mauve gmc or chevy truck...I think it hit a bus, or the bus hit it. Anyone know who was in the truck?

UPDATE: Crash sends 9 to hospital, 1 in serious condition
State Journal staff report Published: November 28, 2012 4:57PM
A woman is in serious condition and eight others were taken to the hospital after a possibly intoxicated driver ran a red light and was hit by a Bluegrass Community Action Partnership bus around 4 p.m. Wednesday.

Frankfort Police Lt. Ken Hopkins said the driver, 59-year-old Larry Wright, was stopped at a red light on River Bend Road when he tried to turn left on the West Frankfort Connector in his 2000 Chevrolet S10 truck.

The Bluegrass Community Action Partnership bus, driving north toward downtown by 46-year-old Yancey Wright, hit the truck, sending it down an embankment along the connector.

Officers suspected alcohol in Larry Wright, said Maj. Fred Deaton, but no charges have been filed. A blood test was administered and results are pending. The investigation is ongoing, Deaton said.

The driver’s side door had to be cut from the truck so paramedics could take him to Frankfort Regional Medical Center, Hopkins said.

Amanda Wright, Larry Wright’s 32-year-old daughter and a passenger in the truck, was also taken to the hospital. She was later airlifted to the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center and is in serious condition, according to hospital officials.

Seven passengers on the bus were also taken to Frankfort Regional Medical Center, three of whom were transported on another Bluegrass Community Action Partnership bus, Assistant Fire Chief Eddie Sloan said

Sloan said the injuries were not life-threatening, and Hopkins said Wright, the driver, suffered “some pretty substantial injuries.” He appeared to have injuries to his arm and foot, Deaton said, and is listed in good condition at Frankfort Regional Medical Center, according to hospital officials

For posting this! Sad that someone took the chance of not just these strangers lives, but the lives of him and his daughter, too. I hope he wasn't drunk, but I'm sure that if they suspected it, he probably was. Terrible!! Praying everyone is ok!

No, they weren't related. Larry Wright driving the pickup was drunk. What a dumbass!
