Heard Rite aid got robbed. Also seen in the archives that they were robbed last week too. Have you ever seen some of these people they hire? Its probably an inside job. The lady at the cleaner is probably in on it too cause shes affiliated with rite aid employees. The Manns/Smith clan and the friends and that bunch doing an inside job. They have all been in on some kind of lawsuit so ya know thats quick cash for them. Whoever it was had to of known when the lady was coming out with the money. Yea bet that was an inside job. And aint their cameras? You would think since its a pharmacy that there wold be cameras around outside.

I had a few questions about this myself.

1) after being robbed just last week, why did rite aide not step up their game a little? Why was this woman WALKING to the bank ALONE?

2) why do they make their deposits at the SAME time everyday? Predictable people make easy targets. This is counter-terrorism 101.

It is possible that it is an inside job. Never actually considered that. I just thought it was dumb on the behalf of RiteAide to send someone alone with cash deposits. When I worked in retail we NEVER made a deposit alone. Both for the safety of the person and for the safety of the money.

Here is a FREE idea for RiteAide. I hope you are reading:

It would be SO simple to get your money to the bank without putting your employee in harms way.

1) send two people.
2) Have them DRIVE the money.
3) They get in their car, DRIVE to the pharmacy drive through.
4) A manager hands the money to the person who is already in their car.
5) They drive 30 seconds to the bank.

At no point is the money controlled by a single person. This reduces inside theft. This reduces outside risks.

They got robbed again?!? Didn't the store get robbed a couple of weeks ago?

As for the people who work there, I have never had any problem with the pharmacy folks. They seem pretty nice and not anyone to be afraid of.

Employee and 4 others charged in Frankfort Rite Aid theft
Prosecutor says group came up with plan to rob the pharmacy
By Lindsey Erdody, Published: August 8, 2013 10:32AM
Four people were indicted Wednesday for their alleged involvement in one of the robberies that occurred at Rite Aid Pharmacy in the winter.
Brandon Domaschko, 28, was an employee at the store Jan. 2 and was responsible for taking the deposit to the bank, Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Emily Wilkey said.
She allegedly formulated a plan to rob the pharmacy with her neighbor, 34-year-old Robert Hollon, and friends John Ethington, 41, and Kimberly Warfield, 22.
Hollon allegedly dropped Ethington off near the store, located in Eastwood Shopping Center.
Ethington allegedly approached Domaschko as she was walking in the parking lot with the deposit, punched her in the side of the face and grabbed the money.
“He told her in advance, like ‘I’m going to have to hit you so that it’s not really obvious,’” Wilkey said.
A man driving a truck nearby then hit Ethington, who was on foot.
A Franklin County grand jury indicted Hollon and Ethington for first-degree robbery and Domaschko and Warfield for complicity to robbery.
Hollon was also indicted for being a persistent felony offender.
The case is also connected to a Dec. 21 robbery at the same Rite Aid.
Wilkey said Hollon, along with 42-year-old Steven Duncan, entered the store in December with a gun, tied up two employees and stole money from the cash register.
Duncan is married to Domaschko, and Domaschko allegedly knew they planned to rob the store.
“She didn’t know specifically that they were going to come in that day, but as soon as they came in she knew what they were there to do,” Wilkey said.
Domaschko was one of the two employees tied up during the robbery.
Hollon and Duncan were indicted July 24 under a sealed indictment for first-degree robbery and being persistent felony offenders.
Domaschko was also indicted this week for complicity for her alleged involvement in the December robbery.
