Common Sense - Not so common anymore

Im sure this problem is plaguing the world elsewhere also, but I must go on personal experience here. Why do so few people from this area use so little common sense? Im not talking about some elderly folk who may need a little extra explaining, or some someone who has difficulty with the local language, or even those who may have a mental handicap. Im talking about people who fully understand what is going on but for some reason cant or wont understand the simplest things. Normally I have many names to call these people but for we'll call them stupid. Heres a line, stand in the line. Don't stand where ever you feel like and then expect to be waited on in a specific order. One way roads don't mean speed up and blast on through, if you make it through quickly enough its a two way. NO, stupidity like that gets people hurt. If you see a car wreck don't slow down and gawk unless you wank to be a part of it. These are just a few examples of the lack of common sense (aka;stupidity) that are prevalent in the Frankfort area. Did I miss anything?

And if we are talking about driving what peeves me are the people who either don't understand or just ignore the couple of no-left-turn signs here in Frankfort. Specifically the intersection of SR28 and Clay street and leaving the FHS parking lot onto Maish road, right in front of the old administration building.

because everything in frankfort is a direct result of the mexicans... at least that's what most of the elected republicans say.

then they blame the extension agency's role in the community.

let's not forget the people who "own" the chamber, local bank, the republican elected officials, kawani's, rotary, etc...
