Great Job mainstreet!?!?, shouldn't it be great job Chamber of Commerce? I wouldn't give Kim any credit unless you want to include ripping off her past business partners, her past employees, her very own church and it's pastor and/or the great state of Indiana,(in the form of not paying here sales taxes for the last several years on her many businesses that are filed under different entity names to shield her from the Frankfort scandal sheet.

Who is Alan? And why make the pastor comment, Shameless?

I am new here and thought the Festival went well. Thought I would give thanks.

I, too, thought it went very well. Better than usual. It seemed there were more vendors and also the cooler temps made it better. I always did think they should hold in during cooler months. This is the first time I have gone for years because of that reason.

Uno they did have the basketball this year during the Hot Dog Festival, it was at Dorner Park on S. Clay St. Due to insurance reason cannot have it uptown anymore

I guess I don't understand the difference between having it on the city streets or the city park? You would think that the liability would be the same? Being downtown would have drawn more people! Just saying!

I have not personally sat down and reviewed this policy, however, what is the difference in liability in comparison to the kiddie rides vs. the basketball?

When did basketball become more of an insurance claim than weight lifting or throwing horseshoes on city streets? Anyone can be hurt by any of the three categories listed above. Explain with your usual bull now.

Kim,

Maybe Alan or Marty or whomever else you have ripped off could "let go" if you would simply make it right. Things that make you go......hummm
