An example of what happens if you think your glory days are over when you get out of High School. May have been a State Basketball Champion in his days at Rossville but now look?

I too feel sorry for the family. Substance abuse is no joke, this is a clear picture just how much control a substance can have on you. Now lets put this guy in our non rehabilitation jails and make him worse then ever before.

Your right substance abuse can control,, but lets put the blame for these actions where they belong. In todays world I'm sure this person has been warned several times of dangers of drugs, yet he choose to do so anyway. Did his mother or father of friends force him to use these drugs????? Because of HIS actions he now has a deby to pay,,, even if its in a NON REHABILITATION JAIL,,, in this world you reap what you sew!!! He only has to serve the time... WE THE TAX PAYERS WILL FOOT THE BILL, as we do for every other criminal, So you bleeding hearts go ahead and feel sorry for these people,, but get your wallets out

Well said. If you want to start using drugs to enhance your partying or for whatever reason you choose to use them, don't expect sympathy when it gets to this point. I do feel for the family that their loved one has CHOSEN to put them throught this humiliation and heartache.

It is very sad that someone would lose themselves that much just for a buzz. Hopefully his family can stay strong and remember that these were his choices and his choices don't have any reflection on them. Its always a lose, lose situation when it comes to drug abuse and dealing with family members with that type of problem. There is no way of helping someone that refuses to be helped. I'm just glad that no one was physically hurt in this robbery and that justice (even if it's out of the tax payors pocket) will be served.

Adam has been a liar and thief for many years! He slept with a former employers wife and stole $1000's in tools before he left! Sad thing is that the employer never confronted him over either issue and this just lead him to believe he could get away with anything! What goes around comes around!!!! Rot in jail asshole!

No I'm not Marissa's sister or any other relative of his or her family! I worked with Adam and saw him in action! From his stealing his mom's prescription medicine to drunk'n hit and runs! Then forging checks from his employers checkbook and stealing tools! He did all this on his own and has been this way most of his life. Maybe while he's in jail he'll change his ways but at least he won't be able to rip anyone else off for a while! Maybe he'll even get tits tattooed on his back for his cellmate? P.S. I did try to run into him for several years to confront him about the things he did but he obviously avoided the town where he was known?

Maybe he just needs a little help and then he could become a good boy once again. People can be rehabilitated that are like this, calm down already.

Sorry....but usually people that commit Armed Robbery with a weapon.....most likely not to be rehabilitated.
I would imagine he will get the book thrown at him and serve a long prison sentence.
no one in this town should take this lightly and CALM down. citizens should be outraged by crack heads like this. citizens should feel safe when going to the local bank & pharmacies, etc.
I find it disgusting this crack head robbed a bank & put people in danger to feed his disgusting drug habits!
I mean seriously....
