Thought it quite interesting that the County Council had the need to go to the Windfarms (Front Page of the Times Sept. 12, 2013) to start that "Topix" (if you will indulge me) again? Isn't it a bit of a conflict of interest for Mr. Dunn to be so "Gun Ho" on this Project since He would be one of the Businesses that would stand to make the most Profit on Windfarming and is the President of the County Council an Elected Official? Is he pledged to Serve the People - or Self-Serve his own needs? Thought the "People" spoke and decided NO on windfarming Last year and this year was Totally put to rest. Is Clinton County becomming like Washington also? The "People" Have no voice?

They all self serve, go ask to see all the receipts from Kramers and Schulz that are at the city clerk treasures office. You may be quite shocked, well maybe not...

Depends on how competitive they are. I bet you don't do all of your shopping at only locally owned businesses.

Just like you don't have your real name, nor an e-mail address, nor a real picture of you up.

When you start doing that, then you can piss and moan about being registered on here.

Can't wait to hear his bullshit response.

Actually 90%+ of my shopping is done at locally owned businesses.

And where is your real name, e-mail address, and a real picture of you, "Really" from El Paso, TX? Why are you not posting from a registered account?

Who the Hell are you the Topix Police? Why don't you go play on somebody else's street if ya don't like the game here? Everytime somebody says something in here you have ta start with the registration card. Thought this was about Public voice not bullying people about who they are?

Hmmm, "Really" started the bitching about my true identity.

Why do unregistered topix users never post with their real name? At least my posts, under a registered topix account, are easily traceable. Posts by "Think on this" could have been made by 100 different individuals.

Everything is traceable, you nub. MAC and IP addresses are how it's done.

Registered or unregistered, it's all still traceable if needed.

You are no different than anyone else on here. You hide behind a fake picture, with no real name, no real address to speak of.

You obviously are not smart enough to come up with a new argument.

So that blows your stupid registering theory out the window.

You call people trolls, consider yourself one too.
