I THIENK THEIR SHOULD BE STIFFER LAWS.NO MATTER WHAT THE SITUATION IS THE MOM SHOULD NOT SELL HER KIDS MEDS.TO ME THAY JUST LIKE ANY PARENT IS TO LAZY TO WORK JUST WANT TO MAKE MONEY THAY THIENK IS THE EASY WAY.

i know someone who did and yes she is in jail. she was a mother who never worryed about what her kids need she just wanted the money. what is sad is it took something like this for the court's to step in and hand her kids to people that would take care of them and put them first. i hope when she get out that the kids not be given back cause she would just want them back to do something like that again just so she would have the money. thats all she ever worryed about is haveing her kids money

A Frankfort mom who was charged with two counts of dealing in a controlled substance only got 16 little months.That is also counting the forgery charge.Tell me what kiend of system would only give a person that little time.It looks like the law would of charged her with chield neglect and gave her more time.There is more time for hurting an animal then a kid.The licons plate that says kids first should be changed to animals first.I fill that the law should be changed for a lot stiffer punishments.And then thay let them out early for a g.e.d or good time.Com e on let just slap them on the hand and say dont do it again.This could mean the difference between life or deth for the kids and the law dont care enuf for it.But this is my oppion

I think that the frankfort mom should of gotten more time then what she did. She could get out of jail on good time and trun around and do the same thing. the county isn't worryed about protacting the kids they don't want to have to pay to keep them locked up. I hope that when she get out that it will be hard for her to get any of her kids back cause she done it once she would do it again.

Well i have a pretty good idea who is being talked about here and yes she was wrong for doing that.That being said, The children are being took care of and DO NOT WANT FOR NOTHING at all. I did not know the mom personaly but i can honestly say i wouldn't want to, why would she sell her kids meds for? holy sh!t she could of sold a peice of ass and come out with the same punishment, She will not get them kids back at all in my oppion.

This lady lived in kirklan and then back in frankfort.She said in court that the only reason is she needed the money because no one was paying support but i know one of them was because i payed it.She tried to stay out longer by telling the judge that she had challenged kids.Bull the only reason she hade challenged kids because she did not work with them when the kids were little.I know that the kids are in better care with the grandparents and the dad of one.The kids are a lot cleaner and thay thrive more in school.The kids grads are a lot better and thay are a b students.The woman i am talking about her last name was how but now it is lindenmayer.What has the world come to when the laws would let the kids be in a situation thay were in.She has been turned in to D.F.C on numerous ocasions.
More people need to fight for kids then what their is now....

i agree with you crazy 8 people should fight more for the kids. crazy 8 if this is who i thnk you are then you should know who i am. and crazy 8 is right the kids are doing better since they been with the grandparents and the dad. i'm one of the aunt's of one of her kids. and i can tell the diffrents that my neice has made since she has been with her dad. what don't make since is why sell her kids meds cause i know my brother payed his suport. but what about the money she was geting from the state for he kids. she was geting diabiled for two of the kids where it all go for her to have to sell something her kids really need. she should of goten the same time the a drug diller get's cause she sold a drug that would of gotten a drug deller alote of time for.

know we all can see that the laws aren't the same in frankfort for every one

Ok yup were talking about the same person, Now if DCBS was called did they not do no follow up or even go check on them? How long was she doing that for?

i'm not for sure on selling her kids meds. but the dcbs has been called so many time on her it wasn't even funny and they wouldn't do anything. my brother has fought for years tring to get custdoy of his daughter and they would just trun away and tell him just one more thing she dose they will look in on it and it wouldn't happen. i seen time when my neice would come to here dad's she would be dirty or she didn't have what she need for the week end. she is a sorry ass mother that dosen't need any of her kids

Who thienks a mother who sells kids meds should have any rights.Y dont dfc move to strip the rights of her.When you are convicted of selling kids medication you should also loose the rights as a parent.It ant right the kids are the one who suffers and this woman does not even care about them.I would say that she is a non fit parent and should not have any rights to them;.
